We have invested in a new process and have developed a workshop where we will detail a practical approach to implementing a Total Rewards Strategy. We believe this approach will impact your workplace positively, improve efficiency and enhance employee retention.
Participants of the workshop can expect to:

– Understand the principles of Total Rewards Management and the opportunity it presents to change organizational culture.
– Review the specific steps you can take to convert to Total Rewards Management environment.

The $50 workshop fee per person includes lunch, an informational workbook, and processing fees. Register before August 26 and receive $10 off the workshop fee!
