At Carlson Dettmann Consulting, we believe focusing on total rewards management is a critical component to effective human resource management.  We have invested in a new process and have developed a workshop where we will detail a practical approach to implementing a Total Rewards Strategy. We believe this approach will impact your workplace positively, improve efficiency and enhance employee retention.

Participants of the workshop can expect to:

– Identify generational and economic changes and how they affect employee compensation strategy.
– Understand the principles of Total Rewards Management and the opportunity it presents to change organizational culture.
– Review the specific steps you can take to convert to Total Rewards Management environment.
– All participants will receive an informational workbook to take back to your organization to develop an action plan.

The workshop runs from 9 am – 4 pm and the following dates are scheduled:

Tuesday, September 29 in Wausau, Wisconsin

Wednesday, September 30 in Madison, Wisconsin

The $50 workshop fee per person includes lunch, an informational workbook, and processing fees. Register before August 26 and receive $10 off the workshop fee!
