Participation is now open for our annual 2020/2021 Upper Midwest Salary Planning Survey. This is survey focuses exclusively on the Upper Midwest and features over 450 participants.
The deadline to complete the survey is August 15. All participants will receive a free survey report in early September. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
We are inviting both public and private sector organizations and will compile the results by the following:
– Overall
– Employee groups
– States
– Private and public setor
– State regions (Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois)
This survey measures both actual 2020 wage structure increases and projected 2021 wage structure increases, as well as general payroll budget increases (private sector only). If you do not know your 2021 budget increases yet, there is an option to indicate so.
