The Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD) has partnered with Carlson Dettmann Consulting, a Cottingham and Butler Company, to create and administer a faculty compensation survey. You are invited to participate in this compensation survey that targets select faculty disciplines found at colleges specializing in art and design. The survey covers roughly 17 faculty disciplines from instructor through professor rank.
Please follow the link below to access the survey. For each discipline where you have a match, the survey asks you to report:
• Number of employees
• Average actual base pay rates
• Range effective dates
• Current base pay ranges

Survey Deadline: Friday, November 20th
All data you submit will be compiled into aggregate data for reporting. No survey participant will be able to see individual responses. If the response rate for a particular role is less than five responses, we will not provide any summary data for that particular role in the report.
As a thank you for participating, we will send you a complimentary summary report later this year.
