Charles E. Carlson, CCP, is President and Chief Executive Officer of enetrix® and Carlson Dettmann Associates LLC. He has over 25 years experience as a human resource consultant to public, private, and not-for-profit employers. This experience includes the design and implementation of comprehensive pay and benefit systems, representation in collective bargaining and other employee relations assistance, personnel policy development, organizational design, staffing, and management and supervisory training. Mr. Carlson holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed extensive additional graduate work at the Industrial Relations Research Institute, University of Wisconsin-Madison. B.A., University of Illinois-Urbana (1968), Political Science and Economics.
Scott Dettmann is Vice President and Principal Consultant of Carlson Dettmann Consulting, a division of enetrix. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Scott's professional background includes human resource and line management positions with several nationally known manufacturing and service concerns. Scott has experience in all phases of wage and salary program development, performance appraisal, surveys, individual and group incentives, position evaluation, and employee involvement programs. In his present position, Scott provides compensation counsel to employers throughout the Upper Midwest.
Sally Muller is Consultant and Coordinator of our Compensation Consulting Practice working with public and private sector employers analyzing job responsibilities, evaluating job content, preparing job descriptions and collecting and analyzing labor market data. Ms. Muller and Mr. Carlson first worked together twenty years ago. She is a former employee of David M. Griffith & Associates and Maximus, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University-Madison, Cum Laude.
Katherine McCloskey is Senior Consultant focusing on our public sector clients. She has experience in classification and compensation, employee relations, policy development and administration, recruitment and selection, and related areas of human resource management. She has developed employee handbooks, written standard operating procedures, and assisted in developing performance management programs. She holds a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
